PHOENIX, Ariz. — After letting a nine-point halftime lead slip away and then falling behind in overtime, Madras rallied Wednesday to take a 68-64 victory over Sandra Day O’Connor High of Phoenix on the second day of the Cactus Jam boys basketball tournament.
