• Central Oregon cyclists ride in Arizona event: Three Bend residents completed the 60-mile ride at El Tour of Tuscon, staged Nov. 19 in Tuscon, Ariz.

Though the event was not competitive, Steven Apfelbaum, Carol Osgood and Robert Shea all finished high in the field of more than 1,400 riders.....
