Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain’s “9-9-9” tax plan is brilliant, except a decimal point should be inserted in the proper place — 99.9 percent. There should be a 99.9 percent tax on only multi-millionaires and our 1,000 billionaire and multi-billionaire aristocracy ruling class.....
