A fire that broke out at a Bend residence caused $65,000 in damage early Tuesday morning, the Bend Fire Department said.
The fire occurred at a home on Northeast Burnside Avenue. A Bend Police Department officer passing through the area noticed heavy smoke coming from the home at around 3 a.m.....
