European rebound reflected on Wall Street with 2% raise

U.S. stocks surged Wednesday, snapping a three-day losing streak as the broader market rose almost 3 percent on momentum from a court ruling in Germany backing eurozone bailouts.

Wall Street picked up the momentum from higher markets in Europe and Asia. Bank stocks gained nearly 5 percent.
