Delinquent taxpayers to pay collection fees

Delinquent taxpayers will soon have to pay fees related to the collection of their tax debts.

Currently, the Oregon Department of Revenue pays fees charged by firms enlisted to collect unpaid taxes. Starting Oct. 1, these fees will be charged to delinquent taxpayers.
