TRIPOLI, Libya — The government of Moammar Gadhafi distanced itself Friday from comments that his son Seif al-Islam Gadhafi made the previous day, when he vowed in an interview to strike an alliance with a faction of radical Islamists among the rebels challenging his father’s rule.
