Drunken driver pays to bring victim’s family to sentencing

PORTLAND — A suburban Portland man who pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in a bicyclist’s death has agreed to pay for six members of the victim’s family to travel from the East Coast to attend his sentencing.
