Summit grad wins design scholarship

Summit High School graduate Katherine Fernandez has won the $1,000 BBT Architects Scholarship, according a news release from the architecture firm.

Fernandez, who will attend Portland State University in the fall, had a 3.7 GPA and plans to study graphic design in college, the release said.
