Two men who slipped into a room at the Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend through an unlocked balcony door were arrested early Saturday for burglary.
According to a news release, around 2:30 a.m. the concierge at the hotel contacted police to report a couple staying on the fourth floor of the hotel....
