MOSCOW — Not wanting to wait until the last minute, Russian officials Tuesday announced plans to open a new cemetery to house the remains of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, 58, upon his death.
The new national necropolis is set for a June opening in Mytishchi, about 20 kilometers....
