Deschutes DA issues subpoena to Bulletin reporter

Flaherty says obtained documents were released in violation of state law

Deschutes County District Attorney Patrick Flaherty has subpoenaed a Bulletin reporter to appear before a grand jury as part of his inquiry into the release of personnel records to the paper last week.
