Only some men should take drug to prevent AIDS

The drug Truvada might be an effective way to prevent HIV infections, but it should only be given to men who are at high risk for becoming infected and under careful watch by their doctors, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in new guidelines released Thursday.
