Cathy died at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon, after a long battle with renal failure.

A celebration of Cathy's life will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011, at Rozak's Fish House, 1230 NE 3rd St., Bend, OR 97701, from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
