A man who ran from Deschutes County Sheriff’s deputies early Thursday was captured in Redmond.
In a news release, the Sheriff’s Office said deputies attempted to stop a car with expired registration tags near the intersection of Southwest Black Butte Avenue and Ninth Street at around 12:23 a.m.....
