Blazers sign Oberto, waive Pendergraph

PORTLAND — The Portland Trail Blazers signed free agent Fabricio Oberto to help the team at center while Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla rehabilitate from injuries.

Terms of the deal Monday were not announced.
