City Council selected Mac Hay 2 weeks ago, but some say process was not transparent

SISTERS — Two Sisters residents called Thursday night on the Sisters City Council to reveal details about the recent hiring of an economic development director for the city.

The city’s attorney, though, said at the council’s meeting that Sisters can only reveal so much.
