Really? Is it really “not so grievous” for Chris Dudley to move to Camas, Wash., (1993-1997) to avoid paying Oregon property taxes and capital gains tax while earning $12 million? Had John Kitzhaber engaged in such a maneuver, The Bulletin and the Republican Party would find it very grievous....
