Bend-based Cascade Bancorp, parent company of Bank of the Cascades, plans to file its second-quarter financial report a week late — by Aug. 23 — because of delays in producing the report, according to a public document filed Tuesday.
However, the bank said Tuesday it estimates it had a net loss....
