GRANTS PASS — A professional tree-climber has managed to rescue a young osprey that got tangled in baling twine and ended up dangling from a nest 100 feet in the air in Southern Oregon.
A woman out for a walk reported the young bird was tangled and chirping madly Wednesday evening.
