Tale of the toaster: comparing frozen waffles

Someone I love recently defended his preferred brand of frozen waffles because it’s “made with real wheat.” This provided no reassurance. (What’s the alternative? Fake wheat?) I set out at once for the frozen food section on a quest for wellness-promoting waffles.
