N. Korea fires shots near disputed waters

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea fired 110 artillery rounds at waters near a disputed western sea border with South Korea on Monday, escalating tensions already raised to a high pitch by aggressive South Korean naval exercises and the North’s seizure of a squidding boat.

About 10 shells landed....
