Newport marine center octopus stars on webcam

NEWPORT — An octopus in a tank in the lobby of the Hatfield Marine Science Center has been a star attraction in Newport for 45 years.

Now, anyone in the world can watch the eight-legged creature crawling over rocks and feeding.

Cameras stream live video on the center’s Octocam.
