Several fences and vehicles were damaged in Bend in a hit-and-run spree at 1 a.m. Friday, according to a news release from the Bend Police Department.

Police say Kyler Hildebrand, 20, of Bend, drove his car through Ponderosa Park near Southeast 15th Street, hitting and damaging the fence....
