It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 18 months since The Bulletin’s longtime outdoors writer, Jim Witty, died of a heart attack at age 50. We at The Bulletin still miss him.

So do his closest friends, and they’re the folks behind the second annual Jim Jam, to be held Sunday afternoon at Silver....
