Richter calls ‘Tonight’ exit frustrating

NEW YORK — Andy Richter, Conan O’Brien’s sidekick at “The Tonight Show,” is acknowledging some ill will toward NBC and Jay Leno in the wake of the network’s late-night upheaval.
