Ben Westlund was one of Oregon’s most engaging public figures, a man whose stamp on Central Oregon will long outlive him. Westlund died Sunday morning after a long fight against lung cancer.
If there is a monument to Westlund, it is surely OSU-Cascades Campus in Bend. Though it took the efforts....
