In Allen Anderson’s Feb. 15 endorsement of higher taxes as being desirable, he says Republicans want to “punish” public employees and lower taxes by cutting “essential” services. I have never heard nor read of any Republican espousing those views. Punish public employees? They’ve done nothing....
