I received my ballot for Referendum 9-75, which approves a 3-cent-per-gallon tax on motor vehicle fuel.
Boy do I feel stupid ... I thought it was a tax on vehicle owners’ gasoline consumption. I didn’t realize it was actually a tax on the motor vehicle fuel vendors. They, of course, won’t pass....
