Thursday’s “Oregon Art Beat” TV program on Oregon Public Broadcasting will feature Bend artist Susan Luckey Higdon.
Higdon, who works in acrylic and pastel, will tell her story of following her dream and leaving a career in advertising to devote herself to painting.
