After arrest warrant issued, ex-hospital worker returns from Michigan

The former Cascade Healthcare Community employee accused of fraudulent use of hospital credit cards was in a Bend courtroom Wednesday, five days after she failed to show up for a scheduled court date and a judge issued a warrant for her arrest.
