EUGENE — Police are investigating the killing of a 44-year-old man found dead from gunshot wounds near railroad tracks in Eugene on Saturday morning.

Eugene Police Department spokeswoman Melinda Kletzok says the man was an employee of the Portland & Western Railroad. She says a co-worker....
