Locals take top spots in nordic race at Crescent Lake

CRESCENT LAKE — Bend entries dominated the competition Sunday at the 2010 Crescent Lake XC Ski Challenge. Seventy-five skiers finished the 22-kilometer nordic ski event.

The overall winner and first male finisher was Eric Martin, of Bend, whose time was 1 hour, 9 minutes, 54 seconds.....
