A male pug, about 8 months old, was found on Jan. 4 inside a white garbage bag along Deschutes Market Road, and law enforcement officers are asking for help in finding the person responsible.

The puppy was found by a driver who pulled off of Deschutes Market Road north of Dale Road to use her....
