Pedestrian hit, killed outside Bandon

BANDON — A pedestrian from Bandon died Monday when he was struck by a car just east of the city limits. The Oregon State Police says Randall Tourney, 49, died at the scene. The driver was identified as Brenda Rae Wilson, 46, of Bandon.
