Getaway driver gets 3 years in prison for Bend bank robbery

The wife of a former Virginia police officer who robbed a Bend Bank of the Cascades branch in June was sentenced Thursday to more than three years in prison for her role in the incident as the getaway driver.

Tammi Lee Ann Truschke-Harpster, 36, also was sentenced in a hearing in Deschutes....
