EUGENE — A 54-year-old clergyman has been elected as the 10th bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Oregon.
Clergy and delegates from throughout western Oregon elected the Rev. Michael Joseph Hanley on Friday. Hanley is currently rector of St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Roseville, Minn.
