The Nov. 6 and 7 Bulletin editorials regarding the Oregon Business Energy Tax Credit were not helpful. Ignorance is not a viable excuse. Why not assign some of your staff to provide balanced reporting on the many potential rebates, tax credits and deductions that are available from the Energy....
