Legal troubles for a jailed former Bend renewable energy contractor charged with racketeering and theft continue to mount with the recent filing of a $121,000 lawsuit by a local supermarket.

C&K Market, doing business in Bend as Ray’s Food Place, has filed the suit in Deschutes County....
