Prineville mayor and candidate for state House pays his tax bill

Prineville Mayor Mike Wendel, who is a candidate for the state House of Representatives, has paid Crook County the property taxes he has owed since 2005.

Last week, when The Bulletin contacted Wendel, he said he wasn’t aware his property taxes were delinquent.
