Tax amnesty program begins for Oregonians

The state of Oregon is offering a tax amnesty program for Oregonians who need to file or amend a tax return to report back taxes, according to a news release from the state.

The state will charge qualified taxpayers half the interest owed and waive penalties on taxes paid as part of the program.....
