CORVALLIS — Corvallis police arrested a 56-year-old man accused of threatening another man with a corkscrew.

Police say the incident occurred at a public restroom in Riverfront Commemorative Park.

A witness told police he saw a man holding a corkscrew in his hand while kicking the bathroom door....
