Natural gas rate cut may save Bend residents $150 a year

Bend residents will be paying $10 to $20 less per month on average for their natural gas service starting Nov. 1, thanks to new rates approved Tuesday by the Oregon Public Utility Commission.

Monthly bills will drop by about $21.16, or 13.4 percent, during winter months for the average Cascade....
