Shevlin, Hollinshead and Big Sky parks closed due to hazardous conditions

The Bend Park and Recreation District has closed Shevlin, Hollinshead and Big Sky parks this morning, Sunday, October 4, until snow can be removed. Heavy snow accumulation in trees has resulted in hazardous falling branches. According to the district, the parks will be reopened once the hazards....
