Woman with $1,400 monthly income sued mortgage broker over her $720,000 loan

A Bend woman who filed a lawsuit alleging a mortgage broker misrepresented her income to obtain a $720,000 home loan when her monthly income was $1,400 has dismissed her complaint against now-defunct Bend River Mortgage.
