Redmond's south-end bar and grill is a family-style draw that doesn't inspire

Is there some reason to believe that streams of water stimulate the appetite? If so, the aptly named Fountains Bar & Grill, off the northbound Redmond airport exit from U.S. Highway 97, may be onto something.
