No early release in drag racing case

Black says he"s not surprised governor has denied his plea for clemency

In a phone interview from Deer Ridge Correctional Institution in Madras on Tuesday, David Black said he wasn't surprised that Gov. Ted Kulongoski denied his petition for clemency.
