Local runner wins Lake Tahoe Marathon

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — Central Oregon runner Sean Meissner won the Lake Tahoe Marathon on Sunday. The 36-year-old Sisters resident posted an unofficial time of 2 hours, 58 minutes, 2 seconds.
