A “Scare-the-Crow” Artist Contest is planned as part of the Bend Fall Festival Oct. 3 and 4 in Bend.
The contest is open to all ages and has four categories: Most Traditional, Most Creative, Happiest and Scariest. Scarecrows must be built with recycled or previously used materials.
