Once again, Air Force puts $35B tanker contract up for bidding

The Air Force began its third effort to award a $35 billion contract for aerial refueling tankers on Thursday, with congressional leaders saying the proposed bidding rules seemed clearer than before and would exclude any consideration of a recent trade ruling against Airbus.
